Description of Project:

Phase 1 includes 3 wartzela generators with all accesories and utilites, total of 120 MW power generation. The work includes installation of pumps, fuel tanks, EGM & Silencers for turbine generators, Ventilation units (16,24 m3/s), Gas boiler skid, firefighting system with all proper requirements (piping, pumps, cabinets, sprinklers, etc), RO water treatment equipment (10 m3/h , 4 bar), flow meters, valves, gas ramp unit, HVAC units (33.7KW, 1700 l/s) with the required ducting work with insulation.

Pipe laying of gas pipe, compressed air, cooling water, firefighting, instrument air, fuel, lubrication oil with the required welding (carbon steel, SS)/threaded and according to specification tested by 3rd party. with the required pre-commissioning tests (flushing, hydrotest, pickling, etc).

Installation of electrical equipment, soft starters, MVSWG (11kv/33Kv), control panels, black start generator fire alarm system, UPS & battery, earthing system, lighting, Auxiliary transformer, with the required cable trays, supports, and cable pulling (LV, MV, FO, Instrument cables) according to drawings and specification submitted by client.
