Description of Project:
LOT 1:: Installation of Power System Equipment With Necessary Construction Works at CPF S-1 and Hasira Camp
Expanding the existing power supply system to provide the CPF
Sarqala–1 and Hasira Camp with sufficient and uninterruptable electrical power.
The Project includes:
Fabrication and Installation of the Reinforced
Concrete Foundations for Kiosk Substation and LV Switchgear Compartment.
Installation and commissioning of two 11kv Kiosks,
complete with 11kv RMU, Power transformer 11/0.42kV 2000VA and Low Voltage (400V, 50Hz) ACB, 3200A 400v
in two places, Hasira camp & CPF SQ1.
Earthing system supply and installation.
Medium Voltage and Low voltage cables supply and
installation.
Fiber Optic Supply and Installation.
Installation and commissioning of 11kv Disconnectors
switches and Auto recloser.
Modifying the existing electrical panels busbar in CPF and
Hasira camp.
Integration to existing DCS system as per Detail Design.
LOT 2: Supply and Installation of Electrical, Telecom and Security Systems at S-5 Wellsite
Performing detailed engineering, supply and installation
works of electrical, telecom and security systems at new well site S-5.
The Work Includes:
- Engineering,
including:
Equipment’s General Layouts.
Power Distribution General Layout as per client tentative drawings and provided
typical drawings.
Light System General Layout as per client tentative drawings and provided
typical drawings.
Single Line Diagram.
Cable Schedule
Earthing
System;
LAN, CCTV, ACS Systems General Layout as per client tentative drawings and
provided typical drawings.
- Supply,
Installation and commissioning of main power distribution board, 4 distribution
board and synchronization panel
- Supply, installation and commissioning of lighting poles
- Supply, installation and commissioning 3 of 165KV generators
- Supply, installation and commissioning CCTV system
- Supply and nstallation of power cables, control cables and Fiber Optic cables
