Description of Project:

Voltec signed a contract with SSangyong Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd for the improvement of water supply in the Kurdistan region, which is located in Halabja, Kurdistan, Iraq.  part of the main contract was the engineering work, documentation, material supply, construction work and commissioning and startup of the whole plant. 
The scope of the commissioning work for the project covers various tests, such as, inspection, functional, and performance test for all the equipment (Electrical, mechanical and process), then the subsystem was commissioned. Furthermore, disinfection was performed for the pipelines, reservoirs filter system, punch list clearance and then energizing the plant until reaching continuous operation for 14 days.
