Description of Project:

After commissioning and startup of Halabja Water Treatment Plant, our company was awarded two years operation and maintenance for the whole plant. We provided full staff for the operation and maintenance, including tools, and spare parts. The tasks were performed in 2 stages, first stage consisted of full company staff, including training of government employees. And second stage included utilizing water authority local staff under the supervision of project manager, maintenance controller, and production manager assigned from our company, both available 24 hours on site with specialized service support and on call from our main office.
