Description of Project:

This project is a commissioning and startup of MRC refinery compressors, the job is done in three phases:

the first phase (side activity - motor driven compressors) consists of, installation of the package unit, leveling of skid package, grouting work, and installation of section pipe.

Phase two (side activity - motor driven compressors) of the project consists of, clean oil sump, fill oil into sump, calibration of inlet valve and bypass valve, flush water pipeline, and starting instrument air pressure.

The third phase (motor and turbine driven compressor) consists of, checking the pre-commission check list, final calibration, function test, configuration of Bentley Nevada system, and simulation test. The work also includes repair, maintenance, and rewiring.
